Goli Sotoohi, founder of Transition Advocacy LLC in Richmond VA, has been helping clients for the past 25 years deal with their emotional and cognitive challenges as a trauma informed counselor, coach, school psychologist, and/or educational evaluator. She believes that we all experience trauma in our lives, which can be the root cause of anxieties we endure. Through her experience with clients, she has learned to weave in targeted therapy strategies with solution-oriented action plans to help them deal with their challenges and barriers, while pursuing their goals. Linda Vazin
Linda Vazin has been practicing holistic healing modalities for the past 35 years, and her belief is that our emotions are stored in our physical body. So she uses mind and body modalities to release anxiety and stored emotions from the body through yoga, movement, breathwork, meditations, sound healing and more. Her practice, Breath Body Connection is located in La Jolla, CA.

Cognitive exercises to break maladaptive patterns and combat a ruminative anxious mind
Automatic Negative Thoughts and how to deal with them cognitively and through your body
Awareness and breaking the cycle - ABC process

SUNDAY FEB. 26TH -- 8:30 AM TO 4:00 PM
Behavior chain analysis to deal with anxious mental energy and how to blend that with physical modalities.
Learning to identify emotions such as anger, resentments, grudges and how to calm the nervous system.
How acceptance and forgiveness can reduce anxiety and affect our mental and physical health.
Practice physical modalities such as breath work, meditation, visualization and more

Payment in full after Jan. 9th is $950

Refund policy:
If you cancel on or before Jan. 24th (30 days before event starts), there is a $75 processing fee
If you cancel after on or after Jan. 25th, there is no refund.
